What kind of independence, while the Vietcongs can go wherever they desire in Cambodia: from Viet politicians, Viet businesses, Viet secret agents, and Viet citizens.
Cambodia's Independence today is like a house with no doors! Viets enter and exit Cambodia at free will. Cambodia under Hun Sen is a Nam-Tien at work and alive!
