RMV's Colleague: I, Soun Sumedh, student of the most Venerable Rath, Muni in Khmer or Ratana, Muni in Pali Latin with a Buddhist name Viriyapandito, hereinafter abbreviated to RMV. I dedicate to launch this weblog, Rath, Muni's Resources in order to collect all information involving Venerable Rath, Muni's previous social works; to collect and provide accurate and sensitive news and information within Cambodian community in Cambodia, Cambodian living abroad especially Cambodian Community in Philadelphia and the International.
